Sabrina Hardnett is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and operations management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at Envision Unlimited since August 2022, Sabrina calculates hiring costs and develops annual recruitment plans to align with organizational goals. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Recruiter at CPS, Inc., focusing on recruiting Engineers for the Chemical Process Industry, and a lengthy tenure at Signet Jewelers as both Field Operations Manager and Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed sales projections, customer satisfaction, team development, and recruitment processes. Earlier roles at Signet Jewelers and Whitehall Company Jewelers provided foundational management experience. Sabrina holds an education from South Suburban College.
