Julia Ankudinova has a wealth of work experience. Julia began their career in 2002 as an Interpreter and Personal Assistant of the Head of the Avlita Stevedoring Company. During this role, they translated all business and technical documents, organized meetings, and managed document flow. In 2009, they began working for SmartBug Media as a UI/Graphic Designer, where they introduced a new Design System and Design Culture approach, and made a complete redesign of all branding materials and the website. Later that same year, they began working for Seantes as a User Experience Designer/User Interface Designer, where they implemented HCD approach and Design Thinking methodology into the design team framework, and conducted HCI and HCD trainings for the design team. In 2016, they started working for OkU as a Product Manager and Experience Designer, where they managed to find a “blue” niche in the mental health apps' red market and implemented solutions into the MVP product launched in the US market. In 2017, they began working for Envision2bWell Inc as a Product Manager, where they developed mobile apps for IOS and Android, and executed customer development cycle and human-centered design process from A to Z. In 2018, they started working for justclean as a Product Manager and Experience Designer, where they turned a loss-making idea into an MVP with a profitable unit economy. Finally, in 2020, Julia began working for Quraga as a Chief Product Manager and Co-Founder, where they managed to fulfil a complete startup Lean Process (from vague idea to MVP) in a short period of time, saving human and money resources.

Julia Ankudinova has an extensive education history. Julia began their studies in 1998 at Sevastopol State Technical University, where they earned their Master's degree in Foreign Languages in 2003. Julia then attended Harkivs'ka Deržavna Akademija, earning their Barchelors in Graphic Design in 2007. From 2016-2020, they attended EATA, where they studied Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, as well as Organizational Transaction Analysis. In 2017, they attended IIBA Global Business Analysis for Business Analysis. In 2020, they attended Laba for Product Management, Sales Automation Process, and Project Management in IT. Julia also attended Y Combinator for Startup school, Growth Hacking Academy for a Growth Hacker degree, and Spiegel Institut Holding GmbH & Co. KG for Usability and User Experience. Julia is currently enrolled in Harvard University's Exercising Leadership Course, and plans to attend Reforge for Product Strategy in 2022.
