Jaikumar Suchak has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2021, they joined Envisionard as Director of Operations and Sales, where they were responsible for the implementation of SalesForce and building up processes for operations and sales. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Carnival Cruise Line as a Food and Beverage Operations Manager, where they administered and managed the entire shipboard hospitality operations and handled a team of over 350 members. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Head of Operations at Graviss Hospitality Ltd, where they created budgets and managed the operations of the entire brand. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Group Vice President at Dindayal Industries Ltd., where they were responsible for upgrading existing food and beverage outlets and various activities at the mall. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Associate Vice President of Hospitality, Wellness and Mall Management at Dindayal Industries Ltd. - DD City Mall. From 2012 to 2013, they were the General Manager of Hospitality at Sula Vineyards, where they administered and upgraded hospitality operations. From 2007 to 2012, they were the General Manager of Operations at FreshAcres Agri India Pvt Ltd (A FruitWorld Breda BV subsidiary) and the Restaurant Manager at Oakwood Residence Naylor Road.

Jaikumar Suchak obtained an MBA in Hospitality Management from The Central College, London, UK from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth from 1999 to 2004.
