From 2012 to 2013, they were the General Manager of Hospitality at Sula Vineyards, where they administered and upgraded hospitality operations. From 2007 to 2012, they were the General Manager of Operations at FreshAcres Agri India Pvt Ltd (A FruitWorld Breda BV subsidiary) and the Restaurant Manager at Oakwood Residence Naylor Road.
Jaikumar Suchak obtained an MBA in Hospitality Management from The Central College, London, UK from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth from 1999 to 2004.
