Cailan O’Grady Franz

Cailan O’Grady Franz is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in nonprofit and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Communications Manager at Envision Healthcare since February 2024, Cailan previously held the position of Director of Communications at the Immigrant Legal Center, where responsibilities included managing bilingual communications during the Covid-19 pandemic. Additional roles include Director of Development and Communications at the Refugee Empowerment Center, and Director of Communications and Marketing at Catholic Charities, contributing to the establishment of the Marketing and Communications Department.
