Jeffrey O'Brien

Jeffrey O'Brien, CTP, MBA, currently serves as the Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Risk Management at Envision Healthcare since April 2025. Previously, O'Brien held multiple executive roles at Surgery Partners, Inc. from March 2018 to April 2025, including Vice President & Treasurer and Vice President, Transformation, where responsibilities included overseeing Treasury and Accounts Payable, leading strategic project management, and implementing a revenue cycle solution. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President & Treasurer at CTB, Inc., where O'Brien led global Treasury and tax initiatives and managed legal entity transitions. At Anthem, Inc., O'Brien progressed through various roles including Manager of Cash Management/Treasury Operations Manager, and was involved in forecasting, strategy development, and treasury management. O'Brien's educational background includes a BS in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Butler University and Western Governors University, respectively, as well as an MBA from Indiana University.
