Jonathan Ortiz

Jonathan Ortiz has a solid background in emergency medicine, with extensive experience in various roles. Jonathan began their career as an Emergency Physician at Hanover Hospital in Pennsylvania from August 2008 to January 2014. Jonathan then joined Carlisle Regional Medical Center in February 2014, where they worked as an Emergency Medicine Physician until October 2020. During their time at Carlisle Regional Medical Center, they also took on the role of Medical Director of Emergency Services from October 2016 to January 2018. In August 2015, they served as the Associate Director of Emergency Medicine at Carlisle Regional Medical Center. From February 2018 to September 2020, they worked as the Site Medical Director at UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle. Jonathan'smost recent position was as the Medical Director at Envision Healthcare, which they started in October 2020.

Jonathan Ortiz received their high school diploma from DeLand High School in 1993. Jonathan then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychobiology from the University of Miami in 1997. In 2003, they completed their Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. From 2003 to 2008, they pursued a residency program in Emergency Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, specializing in Emergency Medicine/ Internal Medicine.
