Meredith Konrad is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with over 17 years of experience in customer and client experience, marketing, and client services. Meredith began their career in 2004 as a Client Services Manager at IAC, where they managed a $4 million budget for Xerox. In 2007, they joined Return Path as a Director of Strategic Media Services and a Director of Client Services & Online Media Acquisitions. Meredith then moved to Q Interactive in 2010 as a Senior Manager of Distribution, followed by MeritDirect in 2012 as a Director of Data & Media Services. In 2016, they became a Director of Client Services at Target Data, and in 2017 they joined Huron as an Alliances Marketing Manager. In 2021, Meredith began working at Envisionit as a Client Experience Manager, and in 2022 they became a Client Experience Manager at Crue: Fintech Marketing by Envisionit. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Destination ENV, an Envisionit Company, as a Customer Experience Manager.
Meredith Konrad has a background in education from the University of Iowa. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including The Netcore 2021 Inbox Expo from emailexpert in March 2021, ABM Certification: Foundations from Demandbase in September 2019, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in July 2021, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in July 2021.
