Alex Liang

Alex Liang is an experienced venture capital professional with a strong background in technology investments. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at EnvisionX Capital since August 2023, Alex focuses on AI investments. As a Partner at Oriza Ventures since May 2015, Alex specializes in early-stage technology company investments. Prior experience includes serving as a Venture Partner at SAIF Partners, investing in private companies in China and the US from March 2011 to May 2015, and founding PICA Mobile, a leading provider of mobile Internet technologies in China, where Alex held the role of Founder and CEO from September 2005 to March 2011. Additional leadership roles include Vice President at Pacnet and Senior Vice President at 21ViaNet Group Limited. Alex holds a Master of Science in Computer Networking from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Communications from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
