Gretchen also served as a Senior Technical RPO Recruiter at Manpower, specializing in IT application and engineering consultants for IBM from March 2008 to March 2009. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Technical RPO Recruiter at Yoh HR Solutions, where they contributed to the staffing of engineering recruiting and human resource teams for General Electric from October 2006 to December 2007.
