Gretchen Yarbrough

Gretchen Yarbrough has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Gretchen currently holds the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition at enVista since March 2021. Previously, they worked at JLL as a Talent Acquisition Researcher, where they specialized in real estate services, from May 2019 to August 2020. Prior to that, Gretchen held the role of Senior Recruiter at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation from March 2018 to February 2019.

In their earlier career, Gretchen worked as a Senior Researcher Consultant at International Search Consultants from December 2016 to December 2017. Gretchen also gained experience as a Senior RPO Recruiter at PeopleScout, where they were responsible for hiring for the NW region of Bank of America Global Staffing from October 2015 to February 2016.

In this role, they focused on hiring medical professors and senior administrators for American University of The Caribbean and collaborated with medical deans and department chairs to develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Kelly IT Resources from June 2010 to January 2011.

Gretchen's early career included roles such as Financial Scheduler/Sales Consultant at Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc., where they conducted high volume cold calling and scheduled financial sales appointments from April 2004 to December 2010. Gretchen also served as a Senior Technical RPO Recruiter at Manpower, specializing in IT application and engineering consultants for IBM from March 2008 to March 2009. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Technical RPO Recruiter at Yoh HR Solutions, where they contributed to the staffing of engineering recruiting and human resource teams for General Electric from October 2006 to December 2007.

Gretchen Yarbrough completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Graphic Design from Platt College-Los Angeles in 1999. The start year is not provided.
