Jay Tarrh

Jay Tarrh has a significant amount of work experience in various roles related to operations, continuous improvement, and manufacturing strategy. Jay most recently worked at enVista as a Senior Director, Manufacturing Strategy, focusing on waste elimination and creating customer value within the Integrated Supply Chain. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at Wabash National, where they served as the Global Operations Western Region Lean Systems and Quality Leader, a Multi-Plant Leader, and a Plant Manager. At Ingersoll Rand, they worked as an Operations Manager, responsible for improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost reductions. Jay also served as a Plant Manager at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., overseeing the HDPE corrugated pipe and drainage product operation. Additionally, they worked as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Sumco LLC and Rockwell Automation, where they led efforts in Lean and Six Sigma implementation. Jay'searly career included roles as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer at Remy International, as well as a Production Supervisor and Continuous Improvement Engineer. Jay Tarrh earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Later on, they pursued their passion for business administration and completed their MBA from Anderson University, specializing in Business Administration, from 1997 to 2000.
