Richard McDole

Richard McDole has extensive work experience in project management and education. Richard began their career as a Distribution Center Manager at The Walt Disney Company in 2007 and held this position until 2019. Concurrently, they served as a Senior Adjunct Professor of Business at the University of La Verne from October 2007 to June 2019. In 2019, Richard joined enVista as a Sr. Project Manager, where they currently work.

Richard McDole has an educational background that includes an MBA in Supply Chain Management and IT from the University of La Verne. Richard also holds a B.S. Cum Laude in Organizational Management from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications including Prosci Train-the-Trainer and Prosci Change Management certification, both from Prosci. Furthermore, they hold a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt certification from APICS/The Harrington Institute.
