Ryan Gerde, MBA, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Finance at enVista, where responsibilities include leading the finance organization, P&L forecasting, credit and collections, finance operations, FP&A, and tax management. Previously, Ryan held key positions as Corporate Controller at both enVista and Round Room Holdings, managing diverse accounting teams and overseeing financial reporting operations in a $2B revenue environment. With extensive experience in accounting and finance, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in financial due diligence for significant transactions, treasury functions, tax management, operational improvements, and compliance. Ryan holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
