Rick Matty

Rick Matty is an experienced executive with a strong background in product development and management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and GM of Global Product Innovation at Envista Holdings Corporation since June 2020, Rick has previously held senior roles at Ormco, KaVo Kerr, and LegalZoom, where significant contributions to product portfolios and strategic initiatives were made. Before this, Rick held leadership positions at Align Technology, Cisco Systems, OpsTechnology, Accenture, and served as a Captain in the US Air Force overseeing a military team for space launch systems. Rick Matty holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Innovation and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Northwestern University, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
