Ashley Grimmel

Ashley Grimmel has a diverse work experience that includes founding their own company, Grimmel Biometrics, in 2021. Before that, they worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at Envita Medical Center starting in 2017. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Nutritionist and Health Educator at An Oasis of Healing. Ashley also pursued a Masters degree at the National College of Natural Medicine from 2014 to 2015. Ashley had a role as a Front Desk attendant at Planet Granite Portland in 2014, where they lead climbing and technique courses and managed reception tasks. Prior to that, Ashley served as the President of Gluten Free Me LLC from 2011 to 2014, where they developed food sensitivity-friendly practices and organized allergy friendly cooking classes and community outreach programs. Ashley also worked as a Naturopathic Assistant at Chesapeake Natural Health Center from 2010 to 2014, explaining naturopathic recommendations to clients and working with oncology patients. Lastly, they gained experience as a Farm Hand at Lloyds Legacy Farm from 2004 to 2009.

Ashley Grimmel has a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist from the National University of Natural Medicine. Ashley obtained this degree from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Denver, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Ashley also completed another Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the same institution, which they pursued from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Ashley Grimmel has obtained the certification of MScN (Master of Science in Nutrition) from the National University of Natural Medicine in June 2015.
