Brad Young

Brad Young has a diverse work experience in operations management, with roles at Enviva, Michelin North America, and Milliken & Company. Their roles have included Director of Enterprise Fiber Procurement, Director of Operational Excellence, Director of Industrial Planning, Shop Manager, Challenge Leadership Program participant, Business Unit Leader, Senior Production Manager, Advanced Production Manager, and Product Improvement Specialist. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated leadership in driving operational excellence, managing budgets, leading project implementations, and improving operational efficiency.

Brad Young earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Textile Management from North Carolina State University in 2003. Brad then went on to complete a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of South Carolina in 2018.
