Rikka Bouseh

Rikka Bouseh is currently the Vice President of HR & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Envol Strategies. Rikka is also the Founder/Lead HR Strategist at Surge HR Solutions. Previously, Rikka worked as the Human Resources Manager at Image Engine Design Inc. and as the HR Manager at TPD™. Rikka holds a BA in Political Science with a French Distinction from Western University.
