Rhonda Haggins has extensive experience in the vision care industry, currently serving as Manager of Medical Management and Claims and Director of Process Improvement at OptiCare Managed Vision since September 1998. In these roles, Rhonda develops and implements initiatives for business process excellence, analyzes operational inefficiencies, and collaborates across departments to enhance process design and new methodologies. Prior experience includes serving as a Claims Examiner at Standard Life and Accident Insurance Company from 1989 to 1997. Rhonda is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operational Leadership.
