Jeff Ezekiel

Jeff Ezekiel has over 20 years of work experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Jeff currently serves as the President of LEDIC Realty Company, LLC, a third-party real estate management firm specializing in multi-family housing communities. In this role, Jeff is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial information and systems for over 34,000 multi-family units, with annual revenue of approximately $180 million and an asset value of $1.9 billion. Jeff also oversees 50+ Condo/Homeowner associations and property construction and maintenance business units.

Prior to joining LEDIC Realty Company, Jeff worked at Hilton Worldwide as the Director of Budgeting and Forecasting. In this role, they led a team in charge of the annual financial budgeting process for both U.S. and international hotels. Jeff also implemented internet-based capital planning processes and currency conversion functionality.
