Ed Simmerson

Ed Simmerson's work experience begins with their current role as Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at Envoy since December 2023. Prior to that, they worked at accesso from 2020 to 2023, first as Vice President of Architecture & Delivery and then as Chief Software Architect. From 2011 to 2017, they held the position of Vice President of Research & Development at accesso Siriusware. Before that, from 2000 to 2011, they were the Director of Product Development at Siriusware, Inc. Ed's work experience also includes a role as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin from 1998 to 2000, where they held various responsibilities in software development, network design and integration, and hardware changes.

Ed Simmerson earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from Cal Poly Humboldt in 1995. Ed later obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1995 and 1997.
