Currently serving as a Business Operations Manager and previously as an Engagement Manager at Envoy since August 2019, Melissa has demonstrated expertise in managing various business functions. Prior experience includes nearly 17 years as a Server at Hillstone Restaurant Group. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Literature from UCLA, where studies were completed in December 2002.
