William Carroll

Manager - Pulp and Paper at Envoy Development

William Carroll has worked in the paper industry since 1989. William began their career at GE as a Raw Material Buyer-Ordnance Systems in 1986. William then moved to Beloit Corporation as a Manager Business Development and Product Engineer in 1989. In 1996, they joined Bowater as a Production Superintendent - Newsprint and Sr Process Engineer. In 2008, they were Production Manager at Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited, Kruger Inc.'s Industrial Division, Publication Papers. From 2010 to 2012, they were Business Unit Leader at Michelin and then Manager - Pulp and Paper at Envoy Development from 2012 to present.

William Carroll obtained a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine between 1981 and 1985. William then went on to earn an MS in Industrial Administration from Union College between 1987 and 1992. In 1999, they obtained a Professional Engineer certification from Maine, United States of America. In 2007, they obtained a Professional Engineer certification from Nova Scotia, Canada.
