David K. has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. In their most recent role as the Director of Growth Marketing at Envoy Media Group, they are responsible for overseeing marketing strategies to drive growth. Before that, David worked as a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist at the same company.

David also has experience as a self-employed writer, content creator, and marketing strategist. David offers content marketing advice to small business owners, writes across different genres, and produces music and videos.

Prior to their self-employment, David worked at mVentix, Inc. where they held multiple roles. David started as a Content Development Manager, responsible for managing and deploying training modules for Fortune 500 clients. David then became a Sr. Manager of Content Development, where they created engaging content and served as a sales engineer. Finally, they served as the Director of Content, managing a team and generating content for various teams and marketing efforts.

David also has experience in education as an Academic and Career Counselor, Teacher Advisor, and Multi-Subject Instructor at the Los Angeles Unified School District. David also briefly worked as an Account Executive at the Los Angeles Times and a Claims Adjuster at ESIS, Inc.

Early in their career, David worked as an Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associate at PCS Smart Mart, an authorized agent of Cingular Wireless.

David K. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, from California State University, Northridge between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Music from Alexander Hamilton High School, from 1996 to 2000. In 2015, David obtained additional certifications, including an Adult Education Credential in Elementary and Secondary Basic Skills and Social Sciences, as well as a Career & Technical Education Credential in Marketing, Sales, and Service, both from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
