Naushard Hassen

Naushard Hassen has extensive experience in operational management and administration, currently serving as Manager Operation / Admin at Envoy Ortus (Pvt) Ltd since April 2015. In this role, Naushard is responsible for recruiting outsourced staff, coordinating between various departments including BD, Sourcing, HR, and Finance, and managing client relations to enhance service delivery. Previous experience includes working as Deputy Programme Manager (Operation) for the Emergency Unit at UNOPS from April 2008 to September 2011. Naushard holds a Certificate Course in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Personnel Management, completed in 2008, and has a foundational education from Addalaichenai Maddiya Mahahavidyala, where studies took place from 1987 to 1994.
