Adam Runacres, PhD, currently serves as the Lead Project Manager at Envoy Partnership since July 2024. Previously, Adam contributed to the University of Cambridge as a member of the MRes Employment Forum from October 2023 to October 2024, advising on the development of an MRes course. Adam's extensive experience includes roles at The Access Project, where responsibilities spanned from Impact and Policy Manager to University Access Officer, emphasizing policy, research, program design, and employee training. Adam has a strong academic background, holding a PhD in Anthropology from UCL and significant research experience in human ecology, including ethnographic work in tiger conservation. Publications include peer-reviewed articles and reports on mentoring and socio-economic challenges. Additional roles include honorary research fellowships, teaching assistantships, and consultancy in educational initiatives across various organizations.
