Scott Wayne

Scott Wayne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in negotiation, facilitation, and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Negotiator and Facilitator at Envoy since January 2017, Scott supports clients in various leadership capacities and partnership development. As a Board Member of the JWC Foundation from April 2022 to January 2024, Scott contributed to initiatives aimed at empowering Black entrepreneurs. Prior experience includes founding The Frontier Project, serving as a Policy Officer at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and holding the position of Director of Development for EMEA at Reed Smith LLP. Earlier career roles included Vice-Consul at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Scott holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and National Security Studies from Georgetown University and a BSc in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
