Trey Nicholson

Trey Nicholson possesses extensive experience in account management and renewals, currently serving as the Renewals Manager at Envoy since October 2022. Prior to this role, Trey worked at SolarWinds as the Renewals and Retention Manager, focusing on customer needs and maximizing account growth through collaboration with Customer Success and Account Executives. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Inside Account Executive at SHI International Corp., where Trey helped customers optimize IT infrastructure, and as a Server at Bartlett's Restaurant, serving as the head trainer for new employees and managing end-of-night operations. Trey holds a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television and Film and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
