Kourtney Shrader

Kourtney Shrader has over nine years of work experience in the property management industry. Kourtney began their career in 2012 as a Senior Leasing Consultant for Lindsey Management Co., Inc. In 2014, they moved to McCormack Baron Companies in the same role. In 2015, they were a Student Intern for the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP). In 2018, they were a Graduate Student Intern for Cincinnati. From 2016 to 2021, they worked for Flaherty & Collins Properties as a Property Manager and Leasing Consultant. In their role as Property Manager, they were responsible for daily operations, project management, supervising staff and vendors, maintaining records, processing accounting, creating budgets, collecting rent, approving and submitting invoices, and hiring, training, and supervising staff. In 2021, they moved to Envoy, Inc. - Construction & Development as a Property Manager.

Kourtney Shrader obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati College of Allied Health and and Science in 2016. Kourtney then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, which they completed in 2018. In November 2020, they obtained a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification from the National Apartment Association.
