Rich Taylor, MBA

Rich Taylor, MBA has over 18 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. From 2002 to 2005, they were a Manager at Union Planters Bank, where they were responsible for recruiting and interviewing prospective tellers and delivering a wide range of loan products to business and consumer clients. In 2005, they worked as a Small Business Lender at STAR Financial Bank. From 2006 to 2010, they were an Assistant Vice President at First Merchants, where they managed the Carmel Branch and provided small business clients with tailored financial solutions. From 2010 to 2018, they were Vice President at The National Bank of Indianapolis, where they specialized in providing services to professionals, executives, small to mid-size businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. Rich has been Vice President of Business Development at Envoy, Inc. - Construction & Development since 2018, where they have managed more than $2 billion in construction projects. Rich is also a candidate for City Council At Large in the City of Carmel, where they have a passion for local government and is committed to elevating and maintaining the quality of life for residents.

Rich Taylor, MBA has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management, obtained between 1996 and 2002. Rich also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Butler University with a focus in Finance, General, between 2014 and 2017. In 2008 and 2009, they attended the Hamilton County Leadership Academy and is currently enrolled in the Indiana Leadership Forum, Class of 2021.
