Currently, as the Founder and Chief Connector at 246 COLLECTIVE since 2020, Michelle focuses on building meaningful partnerships that endure. In addition, Michelle serves as an advisor for the ENVSN Festival, guiding initiatives that empower women of color in New York City. Previously, Michelle held senior roles at Highsnobiety and Complex Networks, where Michelle led brand partnerships and innovative projects, including the launch of a multi-million dollar beauty channel. With a robust background in the media sector at Paper Communications and as a co-founder of the menswear brand By Robert James, Michelle has consistently driven growth and developed creative solutions throughout a dynamic career that began with a BA in Journalism from San Diego State University.
