Thomas Lane

Thomas Lane is a seasoned professional in post production with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Since August 2014, Thomas has held various roles at ENVY Post Production, including Systems and Infrastructure Engineer, Post Production Engineer, and VFX Assistant, where responsibilities encompass Roto, Tracking, Encoding, and assisting Flame Ops. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Nice Biscuits Ltd. as a Machine Room Assistant, performing tasks such as Encoding, Transcoding, and DVD authoring. Earlier roles include Assistant Engineer/Transfer at The Jungle Group, where Thomas engaged in session preparation and technical tasks, and as a Runner, supporting various departments. Thomas possesses proficiency in industry-standard software, including DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and Avid Media Composer, combined with a BA in Music and Film Studies from Kingston University and a degree in Music Practice from the University of Reading.
