Daniel Weinzierl has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Daniel started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at HES PV in September 2014, where they worked until December 2014. Daniel then joined Maximum Prototyping as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op from May 2015 to August 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op Student at Arbutus Medical, where they gained experience in quality control and redesigned a bearing interface system for their flagship product. In 2018, they joined Vesalius Cardiovascular as a Biomedical Research and Development Engineer, contributing to research and development projects until December 2018. Currently, they are working as a Mechanical Engineer at EnWave Corporation, where they started in May 2019.

Daniel Weinzierl completed their Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, they attended North Island College where they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Engineering.
