Matt Carlini

Matt Carlini has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Matt started their career as a Senior/Staff Accountant at KPMG Canada in 2003, before moving on to become an Accounting Supervisor at Lear Corporation in 2005. Matt then joined Enwin Utilities in 2007, where they served as a Corporate Controller until 2010. Following that, they worked at Green Shield Canada as a Manager of Financial Reporting from 2010 to 2017. In 2017, they returned to Enwin Utilities as the Director of Finance, and later became the Vice President of Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer in 2019. In 2022, they joined The MEARIE Group as a Board Member, and in the same year, they started serving as the Treasurer at Windsor/Essex County Humane Society. Matt Carlini also has experience in education, having worked as a Sessional Instructor at the University of Windsor since 2007.

Matt Carlini obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from the University of Windsor from 1999 to 2003. Matt then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, Matt obtained certification as a Chartered Professional Accountant from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in September 1999. Matt also earned the title of Chartered Director from McMaster University in February 2022.
