Paul J. Gleason has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paul J. started their career in 1999 at Butcher Engineering Enterprises Ltd., where they worked as a Materials Manager for seven years. In 2006, they joined W.E.T. Automotive Systems AG as a Materials Manager and stayed with the company until 2008.

In the same year, Paul joined Ventra Plastics Windsor as a Materials Manager. Paul J. then transitioned to ENWIN Utilities in 2008, where they held multiple positions over the years. Paul J. started as a Manager of Purchasing and worked their way up to become a Manager of Procurement & Supply Chain. Later, they served as the Director of Regulatory Affairs before finally being appointed as the Vice President of Customer Care and Corporate Operations in December 2020.

Throughout their career, Paul has gained expertise in procurement, supply chain management, materials management, and regulatory affairs.
