Christina Shortsle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Care Manager at Enwork since September 2022, Christina previously held leadership positions at Genesis Seating, including Customer Service Supervisor and Team Lead, from November 2014 to September 2022. Additional experience includes roles as a Scheduler at Jeld-Wen, Customer Service Specialist at Walgreens, and Assistant at Kristy Rapp Events. Christina also worked at Apple as a Senior Support Advisor/Team Captain, where technical support and management of a senior advisor team were key responsibilities. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Learning Coordinator at The Walt Disney Company and a Custodial Aid at Amway, showcasing strong problem-solving skills and collaboration across departments. Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Fort Hays State University and a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from Grand Rapids Community College.
