With experience in various roles such as Medical Biller/Collector, Billing & A/R Manager, and currently as a Revenue Cycle Specialist/Team Leader at Enzo Life Sciences, Inc., Rocio has a strong background in submitting claims, following up on high-dollar claims, monitoring unpaid claims, and maintaining patient satisfaction. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, Rocio also trains and monitors new staff members, assigns special projects, and tracks trends for reporting purposes.
