Bud Chase

Vice President - Tissue at Enzymatic Deinking Technologies

Bud Chase has worked in the paper industry since 1990. Bud began their career at James River Corporation as a Technical Group Leader for the Tissue Mill and a Shift Supervisor for the Paper Machines. In 1992, they joined Cytec as a Regional Sales Manager for Canada and a Field Sales/Technical Specialist, responsible for micropolymer retention aid applications globally. In 1999, they moved to AstenJohnson as a Regional Business Leader for the South & Westcoast United States, a Product Business Leader for Forming, and a Product Manager for Tissue Forming & TAD. In 2010, they became the Vice President of Tissue for EDT-Enzymatic Deinking Technologies, LLC.

Bud Chase attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Paper Science & Engineering. In 1983, they attended the United States Naval Academy, but did not receive a degree. Bud also attended The Wharton School for Executive Education, but did not receive a degree.
