Shauna Tilson

Shauna Tilson currently serves as the Director of Development at EO, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Shauna worked as the Director of Development at Birthplace of Country Music, Inc. from October 2021 to May 2024. Experience also includes serving as Development Coordinator at United Way of Southwest Virginia from August 2017 to October 2021, and as Program Assistant at Southwest Virginia Alliance for Manufacturing from August 2016 to August 2017. Earlier in Shauna's career, involvement with Sprouting Hope as Assistant Program Coordinator from August 2015 to July 2016 and an internship at Haynes & Haynes P.C. in June to August 2015 provided foundational experience. Education includes a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University (2018-2020), as well as dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History from Emory & Henry University (2013-2016), and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Education from Virginia Highlands Community College (2010-2013).
