Matthias Ludwig's work experience starts in 1994 as an account manager with AVANCE advertising agency. Matthias then worked as a liaison man/account manager with VKG Vereinigten Küchenfachhandel GmbH & Co. KG from 1995 to 1997. Following that, they worked as an account manager for Heye & Partner GmbH, an advertising agency, from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2000, they served as a sales manager for telecommunications at Computer 2000. Matthias then joined ELSA AG as a channel marketing manager for communication systems from 2000 to 2001. Matthias then worked in marketing and sales consulting from 2001 to 2003. Afterwards, they served as a territory manager for Linksys - A Division of Cisco Systems Inc from 2003 to 2004. Matthias also held various roles at Cisco Systems, including program manager sales operations from 2004 to 2010 and marketing/PR manager DACH Cisco Consumer Products from 2010 to 2011. Matthias then worked as DACH marketing manager at GN Netcom from 2012 to 2012, before becoming the CEO of EO Executives München in the same year.
Matthias Ludwig obtained their Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Werbewirtschaft from Pforzheim University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
