Justin Lott

Justin Lott is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience spanning over 17 years in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at EO Solutions since August 2023, Justin has also been the Founder and Owner of Lightspeed LLC since August 2014, where aftermarket LED lighting products for off-road motorcycles are designed and manufactured. Prior to this, Justin held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer and Engineering Team Lead at USRA, maintaining complex cryogenically cooled infrared science instruments for the NASA SOFIA program. Justin's background includes roles at Lockheed Martin, where expertise in Low Observable design and thermal control systems was developed, and at Bruce Engineering, focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems. Justin holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fresno.
