Nathalie Napoli

Nathalie Napoli is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and waste prevention and collection, currently serving as Directrice générale déléguée aux ressources humaines et au métier Prévention et collecte des déchets at EODD Ingénieurs Conseils since December 2015. In this role, Nathalie manages human resources and oversees the agency in Metz, as well as leading initiatives related to waste management optimization. Previously, Nathalie held leadership positions at SITA, including Directrice Marché B-to-B Lorraine and Responsable de Centre de Profit, where skills in team management, operational change, and service quality improvement were developed. Earlier experience includes commercial and recruitment roles at Adecco.
