Ben T.

Ben T. has over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Manager of Facilities and Pipeline at EOG Resources since November 2009. In this role, Ben is responsible for the design, construction, operation, and optimization of gas and oil pipelines and facilities, particularly within the EagleFord area. Additionally, Ben has held positions such as Completions Engineer, Lead Facilities Engineer, and Senior Facilities Engineer. Ben has also contributed to environmental and safety programs, coordinating emergency responses and calculating emissions for air permitting. Beyond the energy sector, Ben owned CrossFit 925 from June 2012 to January 2024 and previously worked as a CrossFit Coach at Premier CrossFit. Ben holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from LeTourneau University and a Master's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
