Kelsey Ward

Kelsey Ward, SPHR, CCP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Representative at EOG Resources since December 2018. Prior to this role, Kelsey held managerial positions in human resources at Genisys Controls and Enovation Controls, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions and policies. Kelsey began a human resources career with the City of San Antonio, holding positions ranging from Senior Human Resources Analyst to HR Generalist, with duties that included administering employee policies and evaluating performance solutions. Kelsey's early experience includes teaching for Teach For America, an HR internship at Data Recognition Corporation, and a teller position at Wells Fargo. Kelsey holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Texas State University.
