Mark Pothecary

Mark Pothecary is an experienced professional in software development and product management, currently serving as a React Developer on the GIS team at EOG Resources since December 2021, focusing on GIS mapping applications. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Programmer Analyst at Energy Ogre, gaining proficiency in web development and C# and ASP. Mark's early experiences include developing a recipe-sharing app as a React Native Developer, in addition to gaining foundational knowledge in software development as a Product Owner during a bootcamp. Mark has an extensive background in product management with Malvern Panalytical from 2008 to 2019, where responsibilities included driving sales and marketing for various product lines and representing customer needs in development projects. Mark's academic credentials include a PhD in Biochemistry from Queen Mary University of London and a Diploma in Leadership and Management from the University of Worcester.
