Jennifer Marchetti

Jennifer Marchetti has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Client Services Representative at Tribune Interactive, where they managed workflow, resolved conflicts, and edited copy. In 2010, they joined EOI Service Company as the Director of Communications, leading internal and external communication practices. Jennifer focused on developing and executing strategic communication initiatives and creating targeted campaigns for client partners. Jennifer then transitioned to the role of Senior Director of Key Partnerships at EOI, where they played a crucial role in building and maintaining partnerships. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Vice President of Client Experience at EOI Service Company.

Jennifer Marchetti holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Culture from Indiana University Bloomington. Jennifer also has a certification in GBA from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
