Jackson Lord

Jackson Lord currently serves as the Director at Eolian, focusing on evaluating investment and project development opportunities in the energy transition. Since 2012, Jackson has also worked as a Climate Tech Consultant for AltoVentus, providing technical consulting in renewable energy and climate technology. A former Program Manager at X, the moonshot factory, Jackson was involved in the evaluation and commercialization of innovative technologies in climate, energy, and agriculture from 2016 to 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Sales Manager at SunEdison, where Jackson managed a significant pipeline of mid-scale solar projects, and as Interconnection Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, negotiating agreements for large solar projects. Jackson's career began as a Wind Energy Analyst at MAP Energy, LLC, and included a position as a Database Analyst at Esri, developing GIS software for hydrographic agencies. Jackson holds a Bachelor's degree in Earth Systems Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
