With a background in environmental engineering and risk assessment, Justin has held various senior management positions focused on permitting and environmental regulations in the energy sector. Justin's expertise in licensing and permitting spans over two decades, working with organizations like Bloom Energy and Eversource Energy. With a strong educational foundation from Tufts University and University of Wisconsin-Madison, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his current role.
