Alessandro Bettuzzi

Alessandro Bettuzzi is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People at Eoliann. Previous roles include Talent & Learning Manager, Agile Coach, and Startup Mentor at the School of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, as well as External Talent Assessor and Selections Consultant at Collège des Ingénieurs. Alessandro has also worked as the People Operations Manager at Dreamset and led a Work-Related Stress Management Project at Marazzi Group. Alessandro holds a Master's degree in Work & Organizational Psychology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and completed additional education at Collège des Ingénieurs from 2019 to 2020.
