Rocio Velarde

Rocio Velarde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and investment analysis within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Gerente de Inversiones at EOM Inversiones SA since August 2011, Rocio is responsible for the integral management of projects in two controlled companies and conducts economic-financial evaluations of various investment and real estate projects. Prior to this role, Rocio held positions such as Gerente de Proyectos at Grupo Caral, where management of a professional team for the development of middle-segment real estate projects took place, and Gerente de Proyectos at Esparq SAC, focusing on land acquisition and project analysis. Early career experience includes serving as an Ingeniero de Proyectos at Livit Inmobiliaria & Construcción, ensuring compliance with permits and coordinating with various specialists. Rocio holds an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
