Fadi S. has extensive work experience in various industries. Fadi began their career in 2011 as an Industrial Engineer Part-Time Intern at JTI (Japan Tobacco International). In 2013, Fadi worked as a Specialist in Business Development and later as a Supervisor in Procurement, Projects, and Business Development at Hydron Energy Co. - Gulf Oil Jordan.

From 2013 to 2018, Fadi S. held the position of Manager in New Product Development at Eon Dental, where they successfully established and managed a dental restorative line and trained the commercial teams on the product.

Fadi then advanced to become the Director of Manufacturing at Eon Dental, where they played a crucial role in securing the company's Series-B investment of $26m. Fadi scaled up manufacturing and digital treatment planning operations, achieving significant volume growth during the COVID-19 crisis. Fadi also established and delegated customer success operations, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Currently, Fadi S. serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Eon Dental, responsible for setting the company's strategy and leading its teams. Fadi oversees global supply chain operations, establishing a global network of suppliers and conducting rigorous qualification processes.

Fadi S. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan, which they attended from 2007 to 2012. Fadi later pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Master in Executive Business Management from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, completing it from 2012 to 2013. Fadi also possesses additional certifications, including "INSEAD - Developing Emerging Leaders" from INSEAD Executive Education in 2022, "Certified Energy Manager" from the Association of Energy Engineers in 2016, and "Certified Associate in Project Management" from the Project Management Institute in 2016.
