Avigail Gal

Avigail Gal has extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, with a career spanning over two decades. Early roles included Supervisor at Comverse's International Customer Support Department and Internet Site Manager at CopyHouse. Avigail served in the Israeli Intelligence Corps, holding key positions including Head of Recruitment and a consultant for candidate screening within the Organizational Development Department. At Amazon Web Services, Avigail was the Head of Talent Acquisition for Israel, followed by a similar role at Forter. Currently, Avigail leads Talent Acquisition and HR Operations at Eon.io. Additionally, Avigail holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication, a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Hebrew University, and a certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
